Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Turban Records, B. Beblo and K. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the quality, features, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

• for digital content (e.g., MP3 downloads), provided you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal before downloading;

• for gift cards and discounted items.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., signed or personalized records).
