Shipping Regions

We ship within Germany as well as to all countries of the European Union, Switzerland and Norway.

Packaging and Shipping Costs

Packaging and shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, destination, and product category. The following standard rates apply:

within Germany:
- Vinyl shipping: €9.69

within the EU:
- Vinyl shipping: €12.49

to Switzerland:
- Vinyl shipping: €28.99

to Norway:
- Vinyl shipping: €31.99

Digital products (e.g. MP3 downloads) 
- no shipping costs  
- delivery takes place immediately after payment via download link or email

Shipping Providers

We ship with DHL, Deutsche Post, or an equivalent service provider, depending on the weight and destination of the order.

Delivery Times

We ship within 7 business days of your order. We have no influence on the delivery time from the moment the shipment is handed over to the shipping service provider.

Please note: Pre-orders or limited editions may have different delivery times. These will be clearly stated on the respective product pages.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link (if available).

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to charge the customer again for the costs of packaging and shipping.
